Like
the TLV Panther, the TLV Falcon incorporates a photo-ionization
detector (PID) for the detection of Volatile Organic Compounds
(VOC’s). However, because the TLV Falcon is a single
channel unit, it is much more compact. The TLV Falcon comes
standard with a digital display, built-in sample pump, and
audible and visual alarms. It operates on 4 ‘C’
size alkaline or nicad cadmium batteries, or the AC adapter/charger.
The unit comes standard with 3 ranges which are selectable
via a switch on the front panel. While the unit comes standard
calibrated to isobutylene, calibration to other gases is also
available.
